Let's celebrate pregnancy the San Yoga way. This clip from an in-studio class shows how we incorporate gentle twists and stretches to relieve tension in the back and hips. I guide you through each pose with careful instruction to ensure your safety and comfort.
Breathing is the anchor of our practice. In this video, you can see mothers-to-be practicing pranayama, or yogic breathing. These techniques are vital for calming the nervous system, reducing pregnancy anxiety, and are a powerful tool to use during labor.
A healthy mother nurtures a healthy womb. This is the core belief behind my prenatal sessions. In this video, you can see some of the safe and effective asanas we practice to build strength, improve flexibility, and support your body through every trimester.
There is a special energy when mothers-to-be practice together in my Yeshwanthpur studio. This video captures a Preg CARE session where we focus on holistic prenatal yoga, including gentle stretches and breathing techniques to enhance maternal well being and ease discomfort.
About Our Nurturing In-Studio Sessions
Each class is limited to 10 mothers, so I can provide hands-on adjustments to ensure every posture is safe for you and your baby. We balance gentle stretching with breathing techniques, specifically designing each session to manage common pregnancy-related aches and prepare your mind for labor.
Prenatal yoga is more than exercise. It is a dedicated space to slow down, connect with your baby, and ready your body for the physical demands of birth. In my Yeshwanthpur studio, we focus on functional movement that addresses the reality of each trimester.
We move beyond standard asanas. I integrate Garbha Sanskar principles, which emphasize the spiritual and emotional bond with your child. We practice pelvic floor engagement, hip-opening sequences, and deep breathing techniques. These are not just for the mat, they are practical tools you will use during labor.
Sessions are held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with fixed batches at 9:30 AM or 6:30 PM. Keeping the class size small, between 6 to 10 people, allows me to provide personal attention and real-time corrections. If you are feeling anxious, we work on that too. My aim is simple. I want you to walk out of my studio feeling lighter, more active, and more confident than when you walked in. If you are looking for a routine to support you through motherhood, from pregnancy to post-delivery recovery, this is where we begin.
