About this collection
In our group classes, we intentionally keep attendance capped at 10 to 15 students. This ensures that when you are practicing, I have the time to offer real corrections and adjustments, so you are always moving safely—never just lost in a crowd.
Yoga is often seen as a solitary workout, but at AthaYog, it is about the collective energy. Whether you are at our Indiranagar space or the new Jayanagar center, you will find wooden flooring, climate control, and sound-insulated walls designed to help you stay present and leave the day’s stress at the door.
We have moved away from the gym-like pressure where you feel rushed. Instead, we focus on the 1% improvement. It does not matter if you are a total beginner or an advanced practitioner looking to refine your asanas; our community is built to be inclusive and grounded. We frequently collaborate with local groups, like the Indiranagar Run Club, helping athletes find the restorative balance their bodies need after a long run. It is not just about flexibility; it is about finding that nemmadi (peace) and feeling like you truly belong to a tribe that moves, breathes, and grows together.
AthaYog Living
Namaste, I’m Sharath. I started AthaYog to create a space that feels like a relief from the city’s pace, not just another place to sweat. My focus is on making yoga feel accessible, whether you are joining a group session to meet like-minded people or looking for a quiet, private practice.
