On International Yoga Day, we breathed in the fresh air, grounded ourselves with the earth, and reached for the sky. I am so grateful for this serene practice with my dedicated students.
Under the open sky, we flow. There is something special about practicing yoga on the rooftop, connecting with the elements and the vastness above us.
Our first Holi celebration at the studio was pure magic. We danced and painted the day with joy, laughter, and the beautiful colors of "phoolon ki Holi" with my amazing yogis.
Be proud, be confident, be you, with yoga. A large outdoor group session where we moved together, building confidence and strength as a community.
About Additional Work & Special Events
We don't just hold classes in the studio. Our outdoor sessions and events are where we truly let go. Whether it is a Holi celebration with phoolon ki Holi or a sunrise rooftop flow in Shalimar Bagh, these moments are designed to turn strangers into a close-knit family, leaving all the stress at the door.
For me, yoga is a journey inward, but it is much better when we walk that path together. That is why our community events are so close to my heart. When we step out of the studio and onto a rooftop or a public park, the vibe shifts. It becomes less about the posture and more about the collective energy we build.
