Sacred Ceremonies and Guided Meditation Sessions
Find your shanti under the open sky. We gather for full moon ceremonies, candlelight meditations, and soulful chanting to help you reset, realign your chakras, and breathe freely.
Under a radiant full moon, I guide a meditation to align the chakras and release what holds us back. This is a moment of pure gratitude, connecting with the universe's light.
During our Guru Purnima full moon meditation, I guide the group through Bhramari Pranayama, the humming bee breath. The vibrations, combined with the candlelight, create a deeply calming and healing atmosphere.
A hand gesture, or mudra, directed towards the full moon. Each part of our ceremony, from affirmations to moon gazing, is a step on a soulful journey to connect with our inner and outer worlds.

Celebrating the sacred night of Maha Shivratri by meditating with incredible souls. The studio was filled with the highest vibrations as we connected through candlelight and chanting.

About Sacred Ceremonies & Meditations
Our rooftop sessions aren't just about sitting quietly. We use candlelight, fresh flowers, and specific techniques like Bhramari (humming bee) pranayama to help you actually release the heavy energy you have been carrying all week. It is a grounded, open-air experience where you can stop overthinking and just breathe.
Why We Gather
Life in Delhi can feel heavy, and sometimes you need more than a standard workout to feel like yourself again. These sacred ceremonies are a reset button for your nervous system. Whether we are aligning chakras under a full moon or chanting together on Maha Shivratri, the goal is simple: create a space where you can drop your mask and let go of whatever is weighing you down.
What to Expect
Each ceremony is a journey. We start by grounding ourselves on the rooftop, usually surrounded by real flowers and the soft glow of candles. You do not need to be an expert in meditation to join. We guide you through everything—from moon gazing and laughter therapy to powerful affirmations that help shift your mindset. It is less about perfection and more about the collective energy we build as a group.
A Community Experience
This is the heart of our 'yoga gang'. You will be meditating alongside incredible souls who are on their own paths, yet we all connect in this shared moment of stillness. We end our sessions by sharing, connecting, and soaking in pure gratitude. It is a space to feel seen, heard, and supported without any judgment.
If you have been feeling disconnected or just need to clear your headspace, come join us for our next evening gathering. We hold these sessions across Delhi, making them accessible whether you are looking for a deep release or just a moment of peace.
Yog by Nikita
I'm Nikita. I started these ceremonies because I know how hard it is to find a quiet space in the middle of our chaotic city lives. My studio is a place to drop your mask, join our yoga gang, and just be.
