At Agastya Yoga, we believe in 'karat-karat abhyas' (practice makes perfect), but we also believe that practice is best done surrounded by support. Our studio in Sector 23, Gurugram, is our home base, but we frequently take our practice into open-air commercial plazas and public parks to make wellness accessible.
