My Coaching Philosophy: No Compromise
I’ve spent years competing as a national powerlifting and running champion, and I’ve learned one thing: you don't build a strong body on a weak foundation. At XLR8 in Prashant Vihar, we don't do 'cheating' reps. If you are doing a deadlift, squat, or bench press, we focus on biomechanics—bracing, bar path, and proper range of motion.
