About Our Training Community

At XLR8, you are not just another number on a gym floor. Whether you are struggling to fix your squat form or chasing a new personal best, the entire team is watching, spotting, and pushing you. We do not do typical gym bro culture here; we focus on disciplined, functional training where every single rep counts and every member is invested in the progress of the person next to them.

Why We Are Different

Most gyms in Rohini and Prashant Vihar operate on volume, hoping you come in, use the machines, and leave. We operate on transformation. My gym is designed for people who are actually serious about getting stronger, not just looking the part.

We bridge the gap between complex powerlifting mechanics and high-intensity CrossFit. This means when you join our community, you get more than just access to squat racks, sleds, and tires. You get immediate, real-time form correction. If your bar path is wrong on a deadlift or your depth is lacking on a squat, I will tell you.
