Main, Shafiq Shaikh, apne gym mein. Yahan main sirf sikhata nahi, balki khud bhi roz practice karta hun. Ek coach ke liye zaroori hai ki woh hamesha form mein rahe.
Yeh humare advanced student ki ek jhalak hai. Is tarah ke acrobatic kicks aur flexibility saalon ki mehnat aur sahi guidance se aati hai. Hum har student ko unke full potential tak pahunchate hain.
Yeh meri XFF team hai. Hum sab ek saath train karte hain aur ek doosre ko support karte hain. Yahan ka mahaul ek team jaisa hai, jahan har koi ek doosre se seekhta hai.
Ek student ke saath personal training session. Main har student ke stance, speed aur technique par khud dhyan deta hun. Mera maqsad power se zyada speed aur perfection par hota hai.
Humare yahan 4 se 11 saal ke bachchon ke liye special Judo classes bhi hain. Yeh unki physical aur mental health ke liye bahut faydemand hai. Isse unhe school mein extra marks aur aage chalkar sports quota mein bhi fayda milta hai.

You will not find me standing on the sidelines just shouting orders. I am on the mats every single session, training right alongside you. Whether it is refining your stance or drilling your defensive reflexes, I keep a close watch on your form. This is how we ensure that everyone, from absolute beginners to advanced fighters, improves at their own pace.
When you walk into our dojo, you are not just signing up for a gym membership. You are stepping into a family. I have been running XFF in Mumbai since 2001, and the culture here has always been the same. It is about respect, focus, and the understanding that health is a precious gift.
We train in various locations across the city, including Kharghar, Khar West, and Andheri, but the atmosphere remains consistent. We focus on real-world application, whether it is MMA, Kickboxing, or Judo. Many gyms focus only on the aesthetics of fitness, but here, we prioritize the fundamentals. We use proper gear, professional mats, and disciplined supervision to ensure you are safe while you push your limits.
For the younger ones, our kids' batches are about building character. We teach them that strength is not for bullying, but for confidence. We integrate gymnastics and agility drills, which help in overall development and even open doors for sports quota benefits in school and college exams.
