Ladkiyon ke liye self defense bahut zaroori hai. Yahan ek young student, Ayesha, MMA dummy par ground fighting techniques ki practice kar rahi hai. Full protective gear ke saath, hum unhe har situation ke liye taiyaar karte hain.
Main jo sikhata hun, uspar mujhe poora bharosa hai. Isiliye meri apni beti bhi yahin training leti hai. Is video mein woh punching bag par apne punches aur form ko aazma rahi hai.

Training yahan sirf class nahi, ek process hai. We use professional-grade grappling dummies for takedown practice, so kids learn throws without risking injury. You won’t see chaotic fighting here; we start with gymnastics for flexibility and balance, moving to full-contact only once they have mastered the form. It is about building the foundation before the fight.
The XFF Way: Martial Arts for Kids
I run my dojo the way I would train my own children. That means safety is the absolute priority. Whether it is Judo or MMA, we do not just throw kids into the ring.
- Building the Foundation: Every session begins with gymnastics and agility drills. If a child cannot control their own body with forward rolls or backbridges, they are not ready for combat. We build that core strength first.
- Safe Technical Progression: We use grappling dummies for takedowns and throws. It allows kids to repeat the technique 50 times without hurting a partner. Once the movement becomes muscle memory, we move to live sparring with full protective gear.
- Discipline Beyond the Mat: Classes at SV Road or Khar are about discipline. Bowing, respect, and punctuality are non-negotiable. Many parents tell me this focus helps their kids at school, too.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if my child is a complete beginner? Perfect. We start with fundamentals. No one starts with advanced fighting.
Is it safe? We use professional EVA foam mats and full-contact gear. My own kids train here, so I do not cut corners on safety.
What should they wear? For the Judo program, we provide the standard White Gi. For MMA, we include the starter kit (gloves and shin guards) in the package.
