About Master Your Striking: Boxing & Kickboxing
Before you think about fancy moves, we focus on the absolute basics. You will spend time on footwork and stance until your movement feels natural, not forced. It is about balance, hip rotation, and retraction speed. If you are here to get fit, this builds intense endurance, but if you want to fight, this is where your foundation gets poured.
Building Your Striking Game
At FightElite, we do not believe in flash over substance. Whether you are walking in as a total beginner or an experienced athlete, our striking program follows one core principle: technique beats brute force.
Technical Foundation
In our boxing and kickboxing sessions, we deconstruct every strike. We look at your stance, your guard, and how you pivot to generate power from your core, not just your arms. You will practice drills repeatedly—shadow boxing to build muscle memory, and heavy bag work to develop impact tolerance.
The Training Environment
Expect 60 to 90 minutes of high-intensity work in Andheri West. We incorporate elements of Muay Thai, so we emphasize elbows, knees, and defensive checks alongside your classic boxing combinations. We train in a controlled environment. We do partner drills, which means you learn to manage distance and timing against a moving opponent, not just an inanimate bag. It is sweaty, it is challenging, and it is honest work. You will leave the mat better than when you arrived.
