Building Foundation on the Mat
Mat Pilates is the fundamental root of our practice at WellFlow. It teaches you how to control your body using gravity and your own weight as resistance. You don't need a reformer to build powerhouse strength. In these sessions, we work through a sequence of movements that challenge your core, stabilize your joints, and improve your posture. We know that getting to a studio every single day isn't always possible. That is why we bring the WellFlow experience directly to your living room. Our online classes are not pre-recorded videos that you watch passively. We conduct these sessions live over Zoom.
- Real-time Correction: Our trainers watch you move. We provide verbal cues and form corrections just like we would if you were standing right in front of us.
- Consistent Schedule: We run batches in the morning (7 AM), afternoon (1 PM), and evening (8 PM) to fit around your work or family commitments.
- Prop-Optional: You only need a mat to start. We occasionally use light dumbbells or resistance bands to keep things interesting, but the focus remains on your form and movement quality.
