At WellFlow, I focus on workouts that actually help you in daily life. Functional fitness isn’t about just looking fit - it’s about making normal stuff, like lifting groceries or climbing stairs, easier and safer. If you’re thinking, “kya yeh class sirf gym ke liye hai?” (Is this class just for gym?), honestly, it’s for everything you do outside too.

How I Mix It Up

I don’t repeat the same old stuff. Every session brings something new:

  • TRX for core stability workouts
  • BOSU for balance drills (kabhi easy nahi lagta, believe me)
  • Rowing for full-body strength routine
  • Weights & kettlebells if you want that raw power
  • HIIT and bodyweight moves to keep your energy high

What You’ll Feel

I keep classes small, max 5 people, so you get real attention. My aim is for you to notice:

  • Stronger core and posture
  • Better mobility, less stiffness
  • Injury prevention exercises built in

My Story

Hey, we’re WellFlow. Not just a studio—think of it as your second home with good vibes, soulful music, and super clean floors (yes, even the picky folks say so). Our team’s got trainers like Jatin sir, Pallavi, Anjali, Sweksha—सब बहुत अच्छे से समझाते हैं (everyone explains so well). Sometimes we dance between classes, just for fun. Folks come from Noida, Delhi, even Korea. We’re here to make wellness feel easy, happy, and a little bit magical.
