The Uzair Khan Method

Uzair has been training since 2010, and his approach is simple: master the basics before you jump. We break down complex moves into manageable progressions. We start with basic quadrupedal movement, vaulting, and landing mechanics. You don't need to be a gymnast to start; you just need to show up and be willing to fall and get back up.

Our Open-Air Training Ground

We do not believe in AC boxes. Our training happens in our open-air arena in Noida. This environment exposes you to the elements and provides the space you need to actually move, run, and jump without feeling confined by four walls.
