Clinical Yoga: Healing From The Root Up
Yoga shouldn't be about forcing your body into poses that hurt. My clinical approach starts with understanding your specific pain points—whether it is back stiffness, joint issues, or internal health—and building a customized plan to heal from the inside out.
Hello. I believe yoga should be for everybody, regardless of age, gender, or physical condition. You don't need to be intimidated by difficult poses. If you can't sit on the floor, we can do yoga on a bed or a chair. We will find a way that works for your body, because yoga se hoga.
This is why I do what I do. This client had been suffering from Arthritis for over 10 years. After just a few months of our customized yoga practice, they are now living without taking a single medicine. Healing from the root is possible.
My approach is called Clinical Yoga, and it is made for you. Every class is customized to address your specific needs, from chronic pain relief and stress management to internal health issues like PCOD, thyroid, and diabetes. We work on healing your whole system.
With over 20 years of experience as a Certified Yoga Instructor, I have dedicated my life to the science of healing through yoga. I bring this experience, along with national recognition, to every personalized session I conduct.
I recently conducted a corporate training session on Chair Yoga, showing how simple, accessible movements can be incorporated into the workday to relieve stress and pain. The response was amazing, proving that yoga truly has no barriers.
My process always starts with a detailed consultation to understand your body inside and out. My first goal is always to make you painless. After that, we work on strengthening the body and improving internal organ health. Weight loss and toning are natural byproducts of this holistic process.
Finding peace and connection with your body, surrounded by the tranquility of nature. This is the feeling I aim to bring into every online session, helping you find your balance no matter where you are.
One of my clients, an avid hiker, used the pranayama and mudras I taught her during a multi-day mountain trek. While others struggled with altitude sickness, her oxygen levels remained stable without medication, and she slept soundly. This is the power of breathwork.
About Featured
Before you commit to any class, we start with a one-on-one consultation. I need to understand your medical history, current pain levels, and your body's specific limitations. This is not about rushing into difficult asanas; it is about assessing where your body needs support and creating a step-by-step roadmap to make you painless first, and then strong.
Why Clinical Yoga is Different
Many people avoid yoga because they think they aren't flexible enough or they fear injury. That is why I developed my clinical approach. Whether you are struggling with chronic knee pain, dealing with PCOD, or simply want to improve your organ health, we do not use a generic template. We use props like chairs, cushions, and dupattas to modify poses, ensuring safety and comfort.
The Process
It starts with a detailed audit of your health. Are you experiencing stiffness from long desk hours? Do you need gentle movement for arthritis? My sessions are designed for you to join from anywhere—your living room or your office chair. We focus on breathing techniques (Pranayama), targeted Asanas for alignment, and restorative practices to reduce stress and anxiety.
Beyond Weight Loss
Yes, you will likely see results like toning and weight loss, but those are just byproducts of a healthy system. My goal is to fix your internal organ health—your liver, kidneys, and heart—so that energy naturally manifests on the outside. This is how we heal from the root cause rather than just managing symptoms.
