Hello. I believe yoga should be for everybody, regardless of age, gender, or physical condition. You don't need to be intimidated by difficult poses. If you can't sit on the floor, we can do yoga on a bed or a chair. We will find a way that works for your body, because yoga se hoga.

This is why I do what I do. This client had been suffering from Arthritis for over 10 years. After just a few months of our customized yoga practice, they are now living without taking a single medicine. Healing from the root is possible.

My approach is called Clinical Yoga, and it is made for you. Every class is customized to address your specific needs, from chronic pain relief and stress management to internal health issues like PCOD, thyroid, and diabetes. We work on healing your whole system.

With over 20 years of experience as a Certified Yoga Instructor, I have dedicated my life to the science of healing through yoga. I bring this experience, along with national recognition, to every personalized session I conduct.
