Yoga is not just about poses here—it is about feeling connected, real, and supported, both on and off the mat. Whether you are building strength, recovering from an injury, or just looking for a community in Mumbai, you have a spot.

In my classes, we use tools like the rope wall to decompress the spine and build strength in a way that feels like flying. It’s about exploring what your body can do with the right support and guidance.

This was my first headstand after my back injury. Dealing with a herniated disc taught me so much about patience, listening to my body, and the real meaning of healing. It’s why I’m so passionate about creating safe, injury-aware practices for everyone.

Together Everyone Achieves More. This is the heart of our practice. We build strength, create fun shapes, and most importantly, support each other through every challenge, on and off the mat.

A strong core is key to a healthy lower back. Here, I'm guiding my student through an obliques and lower back stretch, a simple but powerful move to prevent and reduce back pain. We always find time for some fun too.

There is something truly purifying about practicing yoga in the rain. We connect with nature, wash away the stress, and find a sense of freedom. My students are brave enough to join me for these special outdoor sessions.

Using props like ropes and bolsters, inspired by Iyengar yoga, allows us to get into the deepest stretches safely. This method helps improve alignment and release tension in ways you might not be able to on your own.

Who says yoga is not for men? My classes are for everybody and every body. We focus on building functional strength, flexibility, and mental focus, proving that yoga is a powerful practice for anyone willing to show up.

Seeing the full moon inspired this spontaneous moon salutation. This practice helps us connect to our calm, creative, and feminine energy, bringing a sense of peace and balance to the start of the day.

About Featured

In my group sessions in Bandra and Khar West, we do not just hold poses. We use tools like wall ropes, bolsters, and chairs to support the spine, which is crucial if you are dealing with back pain or stiffness. It is about making the practice accessible, safe, and genuinely fun for everyone, regardless of your fitness level.

My Approach to Yoga

I believe yoga should be real and accessible. Having recovered from a severe herniated disc and anterolisthesis myself, I know exactly what it feels like to distrust your own body. That is why my classes—whether Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin, or restorative—are strictly injury-aware. We focus heavily on spinal health, functional core strength, and releasing tension in the hips and shoulders.

Why Join My Classes?

  • Inclusive Community: Whether you are a total beginner, a weekend warrior, or someone recovering from injury, sabko welcome hai. We practice together in a semi-private group setting of 8 to 15 students to ensure everyone gets attention.
  • Props & Alignment: I teach using Iyengar-inspired methods. We use wall ropes, wooden bricks, and chairs to help you get the most out of every posture safely. It makes the practice accessible for those who think yoga is not for them.
  • Diverse Training: My sessions are never boring. We mix dynamic flow with HIIT bursts, animal walks, and restorative breathwork.

Where We Practice

I host group sessions across Bandra West and Khar West, utilizing rented halls and beautiful open-air rooftops. My goal is to build a tribe—a group that challenges and inspires you. As I always say, 'Ubuntu'—I am because we are. If you are looking for a practice that goes beyond the mat, come join us.
