Real Yoga Classes in Marol for Strength and Focus
If you are tired of perfect-looking poses and want real strength training, you are in the right place. My classes are tough, sweaty, and about showing up for yourself—not just for the gram.
This is what it's about. Finding a moment to stretch, breathe, and connect, no matter where you are. This is a shot of me in Natarajasana, or Lord of the Dance Pose, a challenging balance that requires focus and an open heart.
Here's a look at the energy in one of our morning Hatha yoga classes in Marol. You can see students moving together through different asanas, building strength and flexibility. This is a real class with real people doing the work.
Getting into a headstand, or Sirsasana, can feel intimidating, but it's all about the setup. This is a clip from my headstand tutorial where I break down the alignment and muscle engagement needed to practice inversions safely.
Let's be real, progress isn't a straight line. This was my attempt at a drop back to Chakrasana, or Wheel Pose. It’s not perfect, but it shows the process. It takes guts to trust your body, and that's a win in itself.
Yoga is more than just physical poses. For me, it's about accepting my limits and finding clarity. This headstand practice was a reminder that when your mind is calm, your body moves differently.
This is my tribe. A shot of my amazing students after a tough Surya Namaskar marathon class. We work hard, but we also have fun and support each other. This is the community you'll be a part of.
Every class ends with a proper wind-down. This sequence shows some of the seated spinal twists and gentle stretches we do to release tension before ending in a final, relaxing Savasana. It's how we ensure you leave feeling refreshed, not drained.
Yoga isn't just for the studio. Here I am leading a corporate yoga session, bringing simple, effective techniques for stress relief and mental clarity right into the workplace.
About Featured
Forget static holds where you just zone out. In my Monday and Wednesday Hatha sessions at House of Happiness, we actually break down the alignment of every pose. You will learn why we do what we do, not just blindly follow, which is the only way to safely build the strength needed for those inversions later.
The Reality of My Classes
I don't do 'Insta-yogi' fluff. My 60-minute sessions are designed to make you work. We start with Hatha basics to ensure your alignment is solid, then build heat with Vinyasa sequences. You might curse under your breath, you might sweat, but you will leave knowing your body better than when you walked in.
We practice in Marol at the House of Happiness and JDS Gym. It is not a luxury spa environment. It is a functional space where we show up, work hard, and hold each other accountable. Whether you are a total beginner or an experienced practitioner, the focus remains on building functional strength and mental clarity.
Why We Do It
Yoga is about cutting out the noise. When life gets overwhelming, coming to the mat helps me, and it will help you, see things clearly. We use pranayama and breathwork not as an afterthought, but as a critical tool for shutting out external distractions.
My students in Marol come from all walks of life—some are dealing with desk-bound 'tech neck,' others are looking to build core strength, and many just need a break from their routine. We end every class with Savasana to ensure you walk out feeling recharged rather than drained. If you are ready to put in the work and join a gang that actually has your back, I will see you on the mat.
