We believe in starting young. Our kids' yoga classes, for ages 4 and up, are designed to be fun and engaging, teaching children discipline, body awareness, and healthy habits through playful poses like the bridge pose and cobra pose shown here.
Find your calm in our Trataka (candle gazing) meditation sessions. This powerful technique helps improve focus and reduce mental chatter. We also use props like wall ropes to help you safely deepen stretches and improve alignment.
For those seeking a more intense practice, we offer classes with our Level 2 certified Ashtanga Yoga teacher at the Mulund center. Here you can see our instructor guiding students through challenging sequences, including inversions like the headstand, with proper form and support.
We incorporate modern props like the yoga wheel to enhance our practice. Using a wheel helps in building core strength, improving balance, and achieving deeper backbends safely, making challenging poses more accessible.
