About Yoga Beyond the Mat

Yoga for me is not just about perfecting a handstand. It is about the people I train with in Bandra and Khar, whether we are moving through an Ashtanga flow or ending the evening with a walk to support our local animal rescue efforts. My sessions are real, unpolished, and focused on helping you find strength inside and out, regardless of your physical starting point.

Yoga isn't just asanas. It is a way of living. I teach from my own journey—overcoming a spinal injury and finding peace through movement. My classes are a mix of Ashtanga Vinyasa for heat, Yin for release, and plenty of prop work so you can practice safely, no matter your level. You will find me teaching in studio halls and on rooftops in Bandra and Khar West, where we build a space that feels more like a family than a gym.

It is about community. Many of my students join me for evening walks or contribute to our animal rescue work because the mat is where we build our strength, but the world is where we use it. We use props like ropes and backless chairs to support your alignment, making the practice accessible to total beginners and those recovering from injuries.
