Yoga is about feeling connected, both on and off the mat. Join my semi-private group sessions in Bandra and Khar West, where we sweat, flow, and build strength together.

Together Everyone Achieves More. This is the heart of our practice. We build strength, create fun shapes, and most importantly, support each other through every challenge, on and off the mat.

My brave yogis joined me for a class in the pouring rain. Practicing with the earth below and open skies above is a purifying experience that connects us to nature and each other.

My class is a small version of the world, with students from Russia, America, Iran, and more. We prove that we can work together in peace and love, using our practice to send healing energy to the world.

This is what dedication looks like. My students refused to cancel class even when it started raining. We embraced the moment and connected with nature in all its glory.

The Natarajasana, or dancer's pose, is a beautiful expression of balance that comes from the mind, not just the body. Here are my students finding their focus in our evening class.

The energy in a group class is awesome. It motivates you to push your limits and try new things. Here's a glimpse of the supportive vibe in our evening session.

Our classes are a mix of challenge and fun. This rooftop session combined core-strengthening roll-ups with hip openers, all under the night sky.

The wild thing pose, or Camatkarasana, is a beautiful heart-opener that builds strength and grace. My students flow into the pose during a group session.

Who says yoga is not for men? My classes are for everybody and every body. We focus on building functional strength, flexibility, and mental focus, proving that yoga is a powerful practice for anyone willing to show up.

The best shavasana is one in nature. After a dynamic class in the park, we relaxed in yoga nidra, calming the nervous system and centering our energy.

About Group Classes: Find Your Tribe

My group sessions aren't just about the workout. We keep the batches small—between 8 to 15 students—at studios in Bandra and Khar West. This lets me give you actual attention, whether we are practicing a challenging Ashtanga flow or slowing down with Yin. You get the energy of a community, but with enough space for me to help you fix your alignment.

We practice in Bandra West and Khar West, alternating between cozy studio halls and open-air rooftops. My classes are structured to give you the best of both worlds: the discipline of Ashtanga Vinyasa flows and the precision of Iyengar alignment. We use props like ropes, blocks, and bolsters, so do not worry if you aren't flexible yet.

If you are coming off an injury or just getting started, you are welcome. I know what it is like to have a body that does not cooperate—my own back injury taught me that. That is why we focus on functional strength and safe alignment. We are not just here to workout; we are here to support each other. It is the Ubuntu philosophy: I am because we are.

Classes run on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for 60 to 75 minutes. Whether you are a beginner or looking to master an arm balance, you will find your space here. No drama, just real people supporting each other. Chalo, utho, let’s move together.
