My Journey with Injury: Yoga for a Healthy Spine

After recovering from a severe back injury myself, I have a deep understanding of how to work with pain and physical limitations. My classes focus on mindful movements, correct alignment, and targeted strengthening to build a resilient, pain-free back.

Group Classes: Find Your Tribe

There's a special energy that comes from practicing together. My group classes, held in studios in Bandra and Khar West or outdoors under the open sky, are a space to feel motivated, challenged, and connected. All levels are welcome, sabko welcome hai!

Personal Training: Your Practice, Your Pace

One-on-one sessions are perfect for focusing on your specific goals, whether you're recovering from an injury, new to yoga, or looking to master advanced poses. I provide hands-on adjustments and create a program tailored just for you. Partner sessions are also a fun way to connect and motivate each other.

Props & Alignment: The Iyengar Influence

I believe in using whatever works to get your alignment right and keep you safe. In my classes, we frequently use props like ropes, walls, chairs, and blocks to provide support, deepen stretches, and make challenging poses accessible to everyone. This method ensures you get the most benefit out of every posture.

Strength, Flow & Fun

My classes are never boring. We build heat with dynamic Ashtanga Vinyasa flows, challenge our balance with arm balances and inversions, and play with unconventional movements like animal walks. This is about building functional strength, a steady mind, and having a good time while we do it.

Deep Release: Hip Openers & Restorative Yoga

Our hips can store years of stress and emotion. This cluster focuses on practices designed for deep release, including targeted hip-opening sequences and slow, mindful Yin and restorative poses. These sessions help release physical tension, calm the nervous system, and create space in both body and mind.

Yoga Beyond the Mat

For me, yoga is a way of life that extends far beyond physical postures. It's about connecting with nature, finding stillness through meditation, building a supportive community, and living by the philosophy of 'Ubuntu': I am because we are.
