My practical self-defense training is all about prepping you for those unpredictable real-world self-defense scenarios - not just for a clean dojo session. You'll get hands-on experience dealing with different types of threats, whether it's a single person or a group, and we don't sugarcoat the difficulty.

My Story

We call ourselves UMC, but for us, it’s really The Champions Dojo. Started out believing martial arts isn’t just punches and kicks – it’s about respect, guts, and growing stronger inside. Nothing beats seeing a shy kid turn bold or watching our team win medals. We just opened in HSR with a crazy MMA fighting cage. We’re not just trainers, we’re one big squad, cheering each other on. That’s what keeps us fired up.
