Every session is a mix of striking and grappling techniques—think boxing, kickboxing, BJJ, wrestling, judo, and even a bit of Muay Thai. It's not just about looking tough; we drill fundamentals, sharpen combos on the pads, and get hands-on with takedowns and submissions.
Sparring? Yeah, we do that, but always controlled and matched to your vibe. You’ll find both friendly rounds and real tests of grit, all with safety in mind.
