About Practical Self-Defense Skills
Most street threats do not start with a formal bow or follow a set of competition rules. Whether you are dealing with a clinch on the ground or learning how to create space from an aggressive grab, our sessions prioritize high-intensity drills on professional EVA mats. This approach helps you build the muscle memory you need to react instinctively when your adrenaline is high, rather than just hitting air in a gym.
Training That Works When It Counts
We focus on what works under pressure. Our practical self-defense curriculum strips away the complexity of sport martial arts to focus on 'dirty fighting'—using leverage, groin strikes, and eye gouges to neutralize threats. You will learn to manage scenarios involving single and multiple attackers, weapon awareness against knives or sticks, and ground survival for when a confrontation inevitably ends up on the floor.
Choose Your Path
- Group Training: Our monthly sessions offer 12 to 16 classes. You train in mixed-gender groups to simulate realistic strength disparities, learning to handle yourself against different body types and skill levels. It is a high-sweat environment designed for cardiovascular conditioning and technical growth.
- Private 1-on-1 Modules: If you have specific needs—like women’s safety or anti-bullying—we offer a 10-session crash course. These sessions are flexible, allowing you to train on your own schedule with a senior instructor who corrects your form in real-time.

We don't sugarcoat the process. It is tough, honest work that leaves you fitter and significantly more aware of your surroundings.
