About this collection

We don't teach choreographed moves that look good in a demo but fail when it matters. Our sessions often include mixed-gender groups to simulate real-world strength disparities, forcing you to rely on leverage, technique, and reaction speed rather than raw power. You will learn to handle ground defense, chokes, and unwanted holds—the messy, high-pressure situations that actually require a fast, effective response.

Our approach to women's safety is grounded in the reality of combat. Whether you are training for personal safety, anti-bullying, or overall fitness, we focus on what works under pressure. We do not just teach you how to punch; we teach you how to escape danger.

What We Focus On:

  • Ground Survival: Most altercations end up on the ground. We teach you how to defend, scramble, and get back to your feet instantly.
  • Situational Awareness: The best defense is avoiding the threat before it happens. We train your mind to recognize signs of danger early.
  • Scenario-Based Drills: From defending against chokes and grabs to weapon awareness, we simulate real-world constraints so you know exactly how your body will react.
  • Dirty Fighting Fundamentals: We emphasize leverage and vulnerability points—eye gouges, groin strikes, and throat strikes—techniques that don't rely on being stronger than your opponent.

We train out of our dedicated dojos in HSR Layout and Kodichikkanahalli, providing a safe, professional environment for you to test your limits. Our instructors are black belt certified and emphasize 'sweat equity' over fancy footwork.
