About this collection

When you train with us, you are not just hitting a bag to burn calories. Our sessions rely heavily on partner pad work to teach you how to defend, read your opponent, and land clean combinations. This process builds the muscle memory and reflexes you need for real combat, which is why we incorporate boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai drills into every group session.

Our Approach to Striking

We believe the best fighters are made through repetition and consistent coaching. Our classes are designed to be intense, structured, and focused on technique rather than just mindless movement.

  • The Technical Foundation: We start with the basics—proper stance, guard, and footwork. You will learn to throw hooks, jabs, and roundhouse kicks with form that protects your joints and maximizes your power.
  • Pad Work vs. Heavy Bags: While we use heavy bags for endurance and power, our coaches prioritize pad work during sessions. This allows us to correct your mechanics, timing, and speed in real-time, simulating an actual sparring scenario.
  • Combat Integration: Our curriculum blends Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai. This gives you a broader toolkit, teaching you how to use your elbows, knees, and defensive blocks effectively.

Where We Train

We operate two fully equipped dojos in Bengaluru: one in HSR Layout and one in Kodichikkanahalli. Both locations feature a dedicated training floor with specialized EVA puzzle mats for safety. Our HSR branch is home to a full-size MMA cage, which our advanced students use for competition preparation and high-intensity sparring drills.
