About Striking Arts: Boxing & Muay Thai
Our sessions focus on 'smart hitting' rather than just heavy bag work. You will spend the first fifteen minutes on high-intensity conditioning, followed by technical pad drills where coaches actively correct your stance and footwork. This ensures you build habits that actually hold up in sparring, not just on the bag.
