The Training Environment

Our dojos in Kodichikkanahalli and HSR Layout are kitted out with high-grade EVA puzzle mats designed for safe takedowns. At our HSR branch, you get the real experience inside our full-size MMA cage. This environment forces you to respect the space and focus on your movement.

What to Expect

Expect to get sweaty and humbled. We start every session with technical drilling—pummeling, stance, and grip fighting—before moving to controlled sparring. We match you with partners at your skill level so you build confidence without unnecessary risk. You will learn:

  • Positions: Maintaining dominant top control and escaping from the bottom.
  • Submissions: Basic BJJ holds and joint locks for self-defense.
