About Striking Arts: Boxing & Muay Thai

Training here is raw and functional. You will not find fancy choreography on our mats. We focus on real combinations, pad work, and controlled sparring that actually builds your reflex speed and conditioning. Whether you are hitting the heavy bag or working on Muay Thai 'eight limbs' technique, every session aims to prepare you for both the ring and the mental toughness needed in daily life.
