About this collection
The HSR Layout branch is home to a full-size MMA fighting cage, a feature that shifts your training from static drills to realistic sparring environments. Having a physical boundary changes how you move, clinch, and approach your defense, making it a critical asset for anyone serious about combat sports.
We believe a training space should be more than just a room with mats. It needs to foster discipline and focus. Both our Kodichikkanahalli and HSR Layout facilities are built to support that mindset, featuring professional-grade puzzle mats, wall mirrors for technique correction, and high-impact punching bags.
At the HSR location, the centerpiece is our full-size cage. It is not just for looks; it is for fighters who need to get comfortable with the pressure of a wall and the spatial constraints of a real bout. If you are training in MMA, Muay Thai, or BJJ, this setup allows for intensity that standard gym floors cannot replicate.
Our Kodichikkanahalli dojo is equally focused on quality. It serves as the hub for our diverse programs, including gymnastics, karate, and conditioning. The space is maintained to be clean and safe, ensuring that whether you are a child learning the basics of karate or an adult drilling wrestling takedowns, you have the right surface and equipment to do it safely.
We keep our facility rules simple: respect the mats, clean your gear, and show up ready to work. Whether you are coming in for a group Muay Thai class or a private session, you will find the environment is set up for efficiency. We do not focus on fancy decor because we prioritize the tools that make you better: the bags, the mats, and the instructors.
