About this collection

Our kids' classes are structured to burn off energy while teaching focus, with sessions split between striking drills on pads, conditioning circuits, and controlled sparring. You will see them sweating through jump rope or dumbbell work, but more importantly, you will see them learning to respect their partners and stay composed under pressure. It is about finding that mental toughness early on.

What Training Looks Like

Safety is our primary focus when working with younger students. We operate in a highly controlled environment where technique comes before power. Students learn proper stance, guard, and movement before moving on to pad work or partner drills. This gradual progression ensures they build the correct mechanics without the risk of injury. Our coaches emphasize the 'why' behind every move, helping students understand self-defense and body control.

Locations and Environment

We train at two dedicated dojos—HSR Layout and Kodichikkanahalli. Both facilities are equipped with standard EVA puzzle mats for safe grappling and movement. Our HSR branch features a full-size MMA cage, which our older youth students use to understand spacing and cage-control drills in a professional setting.
