About Signature Yeast-Free Breads
Because I bake everything fresh without yeast, I don't keep ready stock. Whether you need a soft ladi pav for your pav bhaji or a customized suji loaf, please place your order at least 24 hours in advance so I can prepare it perfectly for your table.
Finding bread that meets strict Jain standards—especially without yeast—is a task. Many store-bought breads use yeast or hidden ingredients, which is why I started experimenting in my own kitchen. I use the natural chemistry of curd and baking soda to get that perfect rise without relying on commercial shortcuts.
Whether you need a daily-use suji loaf, soft ladi pav for a family dinner, or a herb-infused focaccia, I bake it fresh from scratch. My kitchen in Goregaon West focuses on purity, so you never have to worry about what is inside your food. If you are planning a party, I can also prepare Jain-friendly pizza bases and burger buns that don't compromise on fluffiness or flavor.
Since I do not use ready-made stock, every batch is prepared just for you. If you are curious about the process or want to learn how to make these yourself, I also conduct workshops where we make everything from scratch. Baking is my love language, and I hope you can taste that in every slice.
