This is my Veggie Sausage Bun, and it’s a perfect example of what I love to do. The brioche bun is pillowy soft, the vegetable sausage is savory and packed with flavor, and the creamy French onion mayonnaise ties it all together. Everything you see here, from the bun to the sausage, is made entirely from scratch in my kitchen.

When I say from scratch, I mean it. Even my vegetable stock cubes are homemade. I use seasonal vegetables, roast them to deepen their flavor, and create these little cubes of pure, natural taste to enhance my savory bakes. No artificial flavors, ever.

For me, baking is not a game of 'andaze' (guesswork). You cannot use 'chalega' (it will do) when it comes to measurements. In my 30 years of experience, I have learned that baking is a science. If a recipe fails, it is almost always due to an imprecise measurement. This is why I am vigilant with every batch. When you order from me, you are getting food that has been calculated, tested, and crafted with intention.
Why 'From-Scratch' Matters
When I say I make things from scratch, I mean everything. I roll my own filo dough until it is paper-thin. I knead my own sourdough brioche. Even the vegetable stock cubes used in my savory bakes are made in-house using roasted, seasonal vegetables, not artificial powders. You will never find pre-mixes, processed sugar, or non-dairy creams in my kitchen.
