Whether you join me for a session in my Malleshwaram studio or log in for a virtual class from home, the focus remains on your body’s unique rhythm. We move, breathe, and find stillness in a way that respects your current capacity.

It feels good to be back at the Srikrishna Wellness studio in Malleshwaram. This video gives you a tour of the beautiful, serene space where I hold my in-person classes.

About this collection

The studio at Latibule Wellness in Malleshwaram is a semi-open terrace space that lets in natural light, making it a perfect spot to practice without feeling closed in. This environment allows me to guide you through poses with better airflow, and it is where I set up the rope wall for therapeutic work.

Finding Your Space

Yoga should be accessible, regardless of whether you are in a studio or your living room. My in-person classes in Malleshwaram utilize the terrace space at Latibule Wellness. It is a quiet, semi-open environment that provides the necessary shelter while keeping you connected to the outside air. In these small, limited-batch sessions, I can offer hands-on adjustments, ensure your alignment is safe, and guide you through partner stretches or partner-based AcroYoga elements.

The Virtual Practice

If you prefer practicing from home, my online sessions are designed to be just as effective. I use verbal anatomical cues to guide your movement via video call, focusing on mobility and joint health. We integrate Pranayama (breathwork) at the start and end of every class to help ground your nervous system. These sessions follow a Hatha Vinyasa flow, keeping the practice fluid and responsive to how you feel on any given day.

Why Props Matter

In my studio sessions, we utilize props extensively. From blocks and bolsters to the dedicated Iyengar rope wall, these tools are not there to make things look easy. They are there to help you explore deeper poses, assist with spinal decompression, and support you if you are managing a back injury or building strength for advanced inversions like Pincha Mayurasana. We work with what you have, helping you build muscle memory safely.

I am Rakshith. My own journey through injuries taught me that yoga is about the conversation you have with your body, not perfection. Whether we are in the studio together or connecting through a screen, I am there to guide, spot, and help you find your own rhythm.
