This is the first look into my practice. It’s a snapshot of the different ways we can move, breathe, and connect through yoga, from the open air of the park to the focused space of the studio.
Yoga in the Park: Our Cubbon Sessions
Join our community for outdoor yoga sessions in the beautiful green space of Cubbon Park. We practice a mix of Vinyasa flows and Ashtanga-inspired sequences, suitable for all levels, followed by relaxation and sometimes, shared snacks and conversation.
Partner & AcroYoga: Play and Connection
These classes are about building trust, communication, and having fun with a partner. We explore foundational AcroYoga poses and partner stretches that help you connect and support each other, both on and off the mat.
Assisted & Therapeutic Yoga: Using Props for Deeper Practice
I use props like the Iyengar yoga wall, ropes, and chairs to help you safely explore deeper stretches and find correct alignment. This approach is especially beneficial for spinal decompression, managing back pain, and understanding the mechanics of complex poses.
My Personal Practice: Asanas & Insights
This is a look into my own daily practice, a conversation with my body that includes everything from advanced asanas to recovering from injury. It's a reminder that yoga is not about perfection, but about showing up, listening, and growing through the process.
Indoor Sessions: Studio & Home Practice
I offer focused group and personal sessions at my studio in Malleshwaram, as well as online classes you can join from home. These indoor settings provide a quiet, controlled environment to deepen your practice, whatever the weather.
Breathwork & Stillness: The Inner Practice
Beyond the physical postures, we explore the power of the breath through pranayama techniques like Bhastrika and Kumbhaka (breath retention). These practices help calm the nervous system, improve focus, and build a deeper connection to your inner self.
