Start your practice right from your living room. My online sessions blend strength-building flows with mindfulness to help you find balance without needing a studio.

A glimpse into my different practice spaces, from the mountains to my home. Yoga can be done anywhere, showing the versatility of an online practice.

Variations help us grow. This video, filmed at home, shows how to use binds in poses like Pyramid Pose to deepen the stretch and correct alignment, something we explore in online classes.

Using props like a strap can transform your practice. Here, I'm using a strap in Dancer's Pose to deepen the backbend and shoulder opening, a technique I guide students through online.

A moment of quiet meditation in Vajrasana (Thunderbolt Pose). My online classes always include time for stillness to integrate the practice and calm the mind.

A demonstration of Child's Pose (Balasana), a fundamental resting pose. In my classes, I always encourage students to take rest whenever they need it, honoring their body's needs.

Conscious breathing is the foundation. This video shows the beginning of a seated meditation, a key part of my online sessions for stress reduction and mindfulness.

Tuning into your inner universe with abdominal breathing. This simple pranayama technique, taught in my classes, is a powerful tool for calming the nervous system.

About Your At-Home Practice

I don't just guide you through poses; I help you understand how to use props—like straps and blocks—to deepen your stretches and maintain alignment safely at home. Whether you're working on arm balances or just need to open up tight shoulders after a long day at your desk, we focus on making the practice work for your body, not the other way around.

Why Practice Yoga at Home?

Transitioning your practice to your home doesn't mean sacrificing the quality of instruction. My online classes are designed to bridge the gap between studio guidance and the comfort of your personal space. We focus on building a routine that fits into your day, whether you have a dedicated room or just a corner for your mat.

What We Cover

  • Strength & Flexibility: We move beyond basic stretches to build functional strength. You’ll practice inversions, arm balances, and core-strengthening flows that challenge you.
  • Prop-Assisted Learning: Don’t have studio equipment? No problem. I teach you how to use everyday items or basic props to improve your alignment and deepen poses like the Pyramid or Dancer’s Pose.
  • Mindfulness & Pranayama: Every session closes with guided breathing and Savasana. It’s not just about the sweat; it’s about calming the nervous system and integrating the practice into your life.

Flexible Options for Your Needs

Whether you prefer the energy of a Live Group Yoga Batch (10–20 participants) or the focused attention of a 1-on-1 Private Yoga Session, we have a format that works. Private sessions are specifically recommended if you are recovering from an injury like a slip disc or need tailored posture correction.
