Real grit in real conditions. Join the Kosmic Fitness tribe for outdoor bootcamps, functional strength, and running sessions in Delhi.

This is the energy of our running squad. We are a community of all ages and fitness levels, pushing each other to get stronger with every step. We train outdoors, embracing the elements and the joy of movement together.

Strength comes in many forms, and here, it comes with a smile. My functional bootcamp sessions use equipment like sandbags to build real-world power. It's about becoming strong for life, not just for the gym.

Correct form is everything for preventing injury and getting results. I provide hands-on coaching to ensure everyone, like Jasmeet here, masters the movement and understands how to open up their hips for better mobility.

Running with pride. Our community often comes together for special events, like this Independence Day run. It's more than just fitness, it's about sharing powerful moments and celebrating together as a squad.

Movement heals. Here I am practicing Animal Flow in the majestic landscape of Ladakh. This is a core part of my training philosophy, using ground-based, fluid movements to build strength, flexibility, and body control.

Rain or shine, the work gets done. A little rain doesn't stop us from our kettlebell strength training. This is what building grit looks like. No excuses, just results.

This is the fit fam. After a tough weekend session, it's all about the smiles and the shared sense of accomplishment. We support each other, push each other, and grow stronger together.

The ground is our greatest tool. I believe in the power of barefoot training to strengthen your feet and improve balance. Here you can see me coaching the group after a run, connecting with the earth to build a solid foundation.
