About Functional & Strength Training
You don't need a fancy gym to get strong. My functional training sessions focus on movements you actually use in daily life, like squatting, lifting, and balancing. We mix kettlebells, resistance bars, and bodyweight drills to keep things dynamic. It is tough, sure, but we make sure you learn the right technique so you can build real endurance without getting injured.
My approach to strength training is all about building a body that can handle anything. I don't just focus on 'lifting things up and putting them down.' Instead, we work on explosive power, agility, and core stability through exercises that challenge you from every angle.
Why Functional Training?
Whether we are training in a local park in Pitampura or in a studio, the goal is the same: to make you functionally fit. We use a variety of tools, including:

I am a big believer in recovery. That is why every session includes dedicated stretching routines to improve your flexibility and help your muscles recover faster. You cannot build long-term strength if you are always nursing an injury, so we prioritize good form above everything else.
Whether you are a beginner looking to build a foundation or someone who wants to push their limits with advanced drills, I adapt the intensity to where you are right now. We train, we sweat, and we make it a point to enjoy the process.
