I lead fitness expeditions where we travel, train, and sometimes just chill in nature. This is about mixing adventure with fitness, not just workouts.
How We Roll
- We take on destination marathons, from Ladakh’s high-altitude fitness trips to major city races like Berlin. I train and run alongside you, whether you’re aiming for your first marathon or an ultra.
- Mountain lovers, Ladakh is our playground. We climb, run, and adapt to tough conditions, catching sunrises at Khardungla and running past monasteries.
- Worried about losing progress during holidays? I show you how to keep moving - simple bodyweight routines, resistance bands, yoga in the mountains. Fitness blends into every day.
My Role
I’m not just the guy who plans - I’m your coach and teammate, right there, sweating and celebrating with you. We tackle the hard stuff together, whether it’s an adventure fitness holiday or a group endurance expedition.
Recovery Matters
After tough runs or climbs, recovery is key. We chill by rivers, do easy swims, and make sure you’re fatafat taiyar (ready quick) for the next day. It’s all about balance.
