About Functional Strength Bootcamp
We train in the open air at Lodhi Garden regardless of the weather because real grit is built in real conditions, not climate-controlled rooms. Every session uses functional tools like kettlebells, TRX, and sandbags to improve your posture, mobility, and power—the kind of strength that actually translates to your daily life, not just how you look in the mirror.
Our bootcamp is not about endless reps on a machine. We focus on functional fitness, which means training your body to perform better in real-world scenarios. We use compound movements, kettlebells, TRX suspension trainers, and sandbags to challenge your core and improve your balance.
Why Lodhi Garden? Because nature is the best gym. Training on grass helps you build barefoot strength and a stronger connection to the ground. Whether it is mobility work on Tuesday, heavy lifting on Thursday, or high-intensity HIIT on Saturday, every movement is designed to correct your posture and bulletproof your joints.
You will be training under the supervision of an Ironman-certified coach, meaning form and safety are the top priorities. This is a community-first approach—Gur binā giān na upjai (knowledge comes from a guide). You are joining a squad that sweats, struggles, and celebrates wins together. If you are ready to stop making excuses and start building real-world strength, show up at 06:30 AM.
