Monthly Functional Bootcamp Access
Schedule & Logistics
- Frequency: 12 to 14 sessions per calendar month (3 days per week).
- Timings: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 06:30 AM.
- Duration: 60 to 75 minutes per session depending on intensity.
- Location: Open-air lawns at Lodhi Garden (trainings continue in all weather conditions).
Training Themes
- Tuesday: Mobility, Posture Correction, and Barefoot Strength.
- Thursday: Heavy loaded strength training using Kettlebells and external weights.
- Saturday: High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Animal Flow.
Coach & Equipment
- Expertise: Direct supervision by Gagan Arora (ACSM/Ironman certified) with focus on biomechanics.
- Gear Provided: Cast iron Kettlebells (4kg-24kg), TRX trainers, sandbags, medicine balls, agility ladders, and bamboo sticks.
Quarterly Training Pass
Long-Term Training
- Volume: Access to approximately 36-40 bootcamp sessions over a 90-day period.
- Progression: Tracking of lift weights and intensity over 3 months for consistent strength gains.
Running Squad Integration
- 5-Day Schedule: Combines 3 days of bootcamp (Strength/Mobility) with 2 days of Reebok Running Squad runs (Wed/Sun).
- Cross-Training: Specific guidance on translating strength mechanics into running efficiency.
Membership Benefits
- Cost Efficiency: Reduced rate per session compared to the monthly renewal price.
- Support: Inclusion in scheduling groups for nutrition tips and recovery protocols.
Single Trial Session
Session Access
- Validity: One-time entry for a specific group class (Tuesday Mobility, Thursday Strength, or Saturday HIIT).
- Duration: Full 60-75 minute workout participation.
Experience & Feedback
- Gear Usage: Full access to functional equipment including Kettlebells and TRX during the class.
- Coaching: Immediate on-the-spot form correction and technique assessment by the head coach.

We train in Delhi’s parks like Lodhi Gardens. Doesn’t matter if it’s hot, cold, raining - we go for outdoor bootcamp sessions because real grit comes from real conditions.

Hey, I’m Gagan, founder of Kosmic Fitness. Life for me? All about breaking limits and soaking in nature – you’ll spot me running those crazy ultramarathons or just chilling in Pushkar. Movement heals, trust me. Kosmic Fitness is not just me, it’s a tribe. We sweat, we laugh, we hustle together – from Khardungla climbs to those mad 'Weekend ka vaar' HIIT sessions.
