Stop chasing intensity alone. Real strength comes from mobility, proper posture, and connecting with the ground. Join our sessions in Lodhi Garden to stay injury-free.

Practicing a mobility flow in the lap of the mountains. I believe in taking time to connect with my body through movement, no matter where I am. This sequence includes a headstand, lunges, and forward folds.

A look into our Tuesday mobility and posture session. We use resistance bands and bodyweight exercises like side planks to strengthen the core and improve stability.

Our Independence Day workout included a full yoga and mobility session. Here, the group holds a side plank variation, building core strength and stability together.

Leading the group through pranayama (breathing exercises). I teach the importance of breath control for both physical performance and mental clarity.

Guiding the group through 'Makarasana' (Crocodile Pose). This pose is excellent for relaxing the spine and lower back after a workout.

About Mobility, Recovery & Barefoot Training

Most people ignore what happens after the workout, but recovery is where you actually get stronger. In these sessions, we do not just stretch randomly. We use foam rollers, mobility flows, and barefoot techniques on the grass to fix posture imbalances and prep your body for the next run. This is not about looking fit. It is about building a body that stays injury-free for years.

Why train barefoot on grass. Training without shoes improves your foot strength and proprioception, which is your body's ability to sense movement and balance. When you stand on the grass at Lodhi Garden, you create a direct connection with the ground that helps stabilize your ankles and knees.

The Tuesday Focus

We dedicate our Tuesdays to mobility and posture correction. Many members come to us with stiff shoulders or tight hips from sitting at desks all day. We use resistance bands, bodyweight movements, and dedicated flow sequences to open up these tight areas. You learn how to breathe properly during these stretches, which keeps your nervous system calm and speeds up recovery.

Why Recovery Matters

If you train hard but do not recover, you are just building up fatigue. We teach you how to use tools like foam rollers and bamboo sticks to release tension in your muscles. This is not just about relaxation. It is about mechanical maintenance for your body. When you finish a session with proper mobility work, you wake up the next day feeling ready, not sore.
