About Our Running Squad

Every run we do, whether it's interval sprints or a steady-state distance session, is about correcting your form and building real endurance. I’ll be there to check your posture and gait so you run efficiently, not just hard, because the goal is to keep you injury-free for the long haul.

Suno, running is simple but it's not easy. Most people just log miles, but here we focus on the 'how'. We meet at spots like Lodhi Garden and India Gate, and we don't care if it's raining or hitting peak humidity—we show up. That’s where the grit is built.
