The best part of any workout is the feeling of accomplishment we share as a group. This is our fit fam, celebrating another great session together.
We celebrate our victories, big and small. After two of our members completed the Hyrox challenge, we celebrated with a special gluten-free, vegan chocolate cake. Because hard work deserves a reward.

About The Fit Fam: More Than a Workout
You will often find us sharing a post-workout treat or celebrating a member’s race milestone right on the grass. It is not about fancy gym gear here; it is about the person next to you who makes sure you do not quit before the timer hits zero.
Gyms have walls, but we have the open air of Lodhi Garden. Training in a group changes everything—the 'hard' days suddenly feel manageable when you have someone cheering you on. We do not just do functional fitness; we build a support system.
Why the Tribe Works
- Real Conditions: Rain, heat, or cold, we show up. This builds mental grit that a temperature-controlled gym cannot replicate.
- Celebration Culture: Whether it is a Hyrox finish or a birthday, we make sure to celebrate. We believe that hard work deserves a reward, and sometimes that reward is a bit of cake.
- Open to All: You do not need to be an athlete to start. Whether you are walking into your first bootcamp or training for an ultramarathon, you are part of the family from day one.
