I don’t believe in shortcuts or excuses. If you want real change, I’m here to push you toward a body that’s strong, pain-free, and ready for anything. My style isn’t just gym reps - it’s about living better, moving better.

What Happens in Our 1-on-1 Sessions

  • Technique first, always. We’ll drill proper form till your spine, knees, and hips are safe, no matter what the weight.
  • Hands-on coaching in every session. I’m right there, correcting your form, making sure each rep actually counts.
  • Breathing mastery isn’t just talk - I’ll show you how to use breath for strength, endurance, and focus.
  • Recovery is part of training. No phones - just mindful rest to get you fatafat taiyar (ready fast) for the next round.

My Specialties

I’ve been at this for 25+ years. My private studio, the Rehab Lab, is where I go deep with injury rehabilitation coaching. I work with folks dealing with knee pain, back pain, plantar fasciitis, and more. Techniques like myofascial release and cupping help get you moving again.

Functional strength training means we use kettlebells, TRX, sandbags - real-world movements for real-world results. Mobility and posture correction is huge for me, especially hip mobility and your overall alignment.

I’m a big believer in barefoot training techniques to build up your foundation. And if you’re prepping for a race, my Ironman Coach certification means I know exactly how to get you there.

Training Spaces

We train at my private studio (Rehab Lab) for rehab and strength, or head to Lodhi Garden for outdoor workouts. Nature adds a whole different vibe.

My Story

Hey, I’m Gagan, founder of Kosmic Fitness. Life for me? All about breaking limits and soaking in nature – you’ll spot me running those crazy ultramarathons or just chilling in Pushkar. Movement heals, trust me. Kosmic Fitness is not just me, it’s a tribe. We sweat, we laugh, we hustle together – from Khardungla climbs to those mad 'Weekend ka vaar' HIIT sessions. Guru bina kuch nahi (without a guide, nothing happens), so I’m here to push and guide you. Picture abhi baaki hai!
