The pack energy is real. Here's our squad taking on an early morning run at Kartavya Path in Delhi. Training for an endurance race can be a lonely journey, but with us, you're never running alone. We sweat, struggle, and succeed together.

My coaching is not just about logging miles. We build strong, resilient athletes from the ground up with functional strength training. Here, our group uses TRX for a full-body workout, improving core stability and muscular endurance which is crucial for running.

An injury doesn't have to be the end of your journey. I use targeted rehab and prehab techniques, like this myofascial release session, to treat the root cause of pain. Understanding the body's complex system is key to long term, pain-free performance.

For my Ironman and triathlon athletes, the grind includes the pool. This is a look at a 3,500m long swim session, focusing on building endurance and perfecting technique in the water. I create balanced training plans that cover swim, bike, and run.

"Are Gagan sir kya kha rahe hain aap?" Recovery starts the moment your run ends. In this video, I explain my go-to post-run snack: a power-packed date with salt and coffee, paired with a protein shake for fast muscle repair. Smart nutrition is a non-negotiable part of our training.
