When we say 'Ubuntu'—I am because we are—it is not just a slogan. It means that while I use heart rate and cadence metrics to fix your gait at JLN Stadium, the real magic happens on Sunday mornings at Amrita Shergil Marg, where the group pushes you past limits you thought were physical.
Our Coaching Philosophy
I run this group like a tribe, not a class. We treat every athlete as a human first, using science as our tool to help you reach that next milestone. Whether you want to conquer your first 5k or a grueling 72km ultramarathon at Khardung La, the preparation follows a clear, disciplined structure.
The Data and The Grind
We do not guess. For those looking for 1-on-1 performance coaching, we dive deep into your metrics. We analyze your heart rate, cadence, and pace from your Garmin or Coros trackers to ensure you peak at the right time. My sessions include:
- Track Tuesdays: High-intensity speed work at JLN Stadium to improve VO2 max.
- Hill Training: The best way to build strength and improve running form without needing a gym.
- Gait Analysis: We look at your mechanics on the treadmill to prevent injury and make you a more efficient runner.
Life on the Road
Running is therapy, freedom, and a way to connect with the city. On our Sunday long runs, we take over Delhi's iconic routes like India Gate and the Kartavya Path. We provide the hydration support and the route planning, you provide the effort. It is not just about the miles; it is about the camaraderie. When you finish a tough run with your tribe, mazza aa jata hai (it is just too much fun).
