Whether you are a beginner or training for an ultra, our tribe is built on data, community, and the Ubuntu spirit. Join us to find your best stride.

This is what our tribe is all about. We run as one, with passion and pride. Seeing the group move together like this, especially on our Independence Day run, is a feeling that's just bahut badhiya.

This is what chasing excellence looks like. I am incredibly proud of my athlete, Aftab, securing a podium finish. We train hard, we race smart, and we celebrate these victories as a team.

Welcome to our family, the New Delhi Road Runners. We believe that running is life, and we live that philosophy every day, supporting each other on and off the road. This is our ubuntu spirit in action.

Pushing limits is what we do. Here's a glimpse of the Khardung La Challenge, one of the world's toughest ultramarathons. We train our runners not just to endure, but to conquer these incredible high-altitude races.

Hill training is a cornerstone of my coaching philosophy for building strength and efficiency. In this video, I break down the key benefits, from strengthening your leg muscles and core to improving your running form and mental toughness.

Running is a journey of personal transformation. For us, it means finding gratitude in the struggle, breaking free from bad habits, and becoming a hero to yourself. This is the deep, personal side of our sport.

Our tribe welcomes runners of all ages, from 7 to 63. Watching our youngest members, like this seven-and-a-half-year-old, complete a run and earn her medal is a powerful reminder that the joy of running has no age limit.

A perfect Sunday morning run against the backdrop of a beautiful Delhi sky. This is my therapy, a moment of peace and gratitude before the week begins. It’s about finding joy in movement and the city we call home.

I was blown away by the courage of Varun, who is autistic and ran the 72km Khardungla challenge. Moments like these prove that all limits are in our minds. It's an honor to support and learn from such incredible athletes.

When we say 'Ubuntu'—I am because we are—it is not just a slogan. It means that while I use heart rate and cadence metrics to fix your gait at JLN Stadium, the real magic happens on Sunday mornings at Amrita Shergil Marg, where the group pushes you past limits you thought were physical.
