A look at my journey from hating runs to coaching them, and the community built through hard work and consistency.

This is what it's all about: showing up when it's hard and crossing the finish line. This video captures the grit and reward of the Nandi Hills Monsoon Run, from the challenging course to the final results. This is the mindset we build together.

Our running community is strong. This is a shot of our group after a tough track workout. We believe in being stronger together, pushing each other to be better humans, not just better runners.

To run far, you have to run smart. This is a look at one of my essential pre-run mobility drills, the pigeon stretch, which is crucial for hip flexibility and preventing common running injuries. I focus on building a body that lasts.

I practice what I preach. Here is my finisher certificate from the JITO Ahimsa 10k Run, where I finished in under an hour. When I create a 10k race preparation plan for you, it's based on real experience and proven methods.

This is me during the Nandi Hills Monsoon Run. It's about finding that focus and pushing through, even on a challenging incline. My coaching helps you develop the mental toughness needed for race day.

The celebration after the effort. This is our crew showing off our finisher medals after the JITO Ahimsa 10k. The best part of running is sharing the sense of accomplishment with your team.

About Featured

I used to hate running until I stopped chasing speed and started focusing on consistency. Whether you are prepping for your first 10k or just want to build better movement patterns, the process is the same: show up, prioritize mobility, and put in the work.

My approach to running is deeply tied to my background in CrossFit and functional strength. It is not about talent; it is about grit. You see that in the Nandi Hills Monsoon Run photos—where the terrain gets tough, your mindset matters more than your pace. I teach you how to build that mental toughness.

Why Mobility Matters

Many runners neglect this, but my essential mobility routine is something I do even on rest days. If you want to run far, you have to run smart. Moves like the pigeon stretch, which I highlight in my training, are non-negotiable for hip flexibility and injury prevention. If you are stiff, you are going to break. My coaching includes a dedicated 15 to 20 minute block for these protocols because I want you training for years, not just weeks.

Results Over Excuses

When I look at my finisher certificate from the JITO Ahimsa 10k, I see a victory for consistency. I only trained for one month, but I brought a year of disciplined CrossFit strength to the track. That is the edge I provide to my clients. Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to improve your race time, we will break down your gait, fix your form, and ensure you have the strength to push through the uncomfortable moments. You do not have to do it alone, either. Our community is built on accountability, because running with a group turns a lonely grind into a shared accomplishment.
