About Group Running: The Delhi Chapter

We do not just run aimlessly. Every session at Lodhi Garden or Kartavya Path begins with mobility drills and ends with a group cool-down. Whether you are aiming for your first 10k or prepping for an ultra, expect real-time feedback on your form, breathing rhythm, and running cadence.

Consistency is the biggest hurdle in endurance training. By training in a group, you replace excuses with accountability. We operate as a structured squad, meeting 3 to 4 mornings a week to tackle specific goals.

The Methodology

This is not a casual jog. We use this time to build resilient runners. When we are not logging long miles, we are working on functional strength. We use ladder drills to improve footwork and agility, and TRX suspension trainers to build core stability. My job is to ensure you are training smart, not just hard.

Where We Train

We train where Delhi runs. Lodhi Garden (Gate 7) provides the perfect base for our weekday drills, while the open stretches of Kartavya Path are ideal for long-distance tempo work. We train rain or sun, park or mountain.

Coached Environment

This is a coached environment. I am on the ground to correct your 3:2 breathing ratio, adjust your posture, and ensure you are using foam rolling properly post-run. It is not a race; it is a process. If you are ready to stop making excuses and start building a stronger body, this is where you start.

I'm Gagan, and I run the Reebok Running Squad. Movement heals, but it is easier when you do it with a tribe. We sweat, laugh, and push our limits together on the tracks of Delhi.
