About Functional Strength & Agility
You cannot just log miles and expect your body to hold up. We use TRX bands, kettlebells, and sandbags right here in Lodhi Garden to build the stability and core strength your joints need. If you are skipping the heavy lifting because you think it will slow you down, you are actually leaving performance and resilience on the table.
Beyond The Miles
Running creates endurance, but functional strength creates the athlete. Most people make the mistake of thinking 'more miles' equals 'better fitness.' The reality is that without structural integrity, your joints and tendons take the hit. That is where we come in.
How We Train
We don't do boring gym machines. We train outdoors, using gravity as our primary tool.
- TRX Suspension: We attach to fences and trees to leverage your own body weight for core stability.
- Kettlebells & Sandbags: We use these for explosive power and grip strength, simulating real-life resistance.
- Agility Ladders: Fast feet lead to fast reactions. We drill footwork that keeps you nimble on race day.
Where To Find Us
Our group sessions happen in the heart of Delhi. We train primarily at Lodhi Garden (Gate No. 7) and Kartavya Path. If you are tired of the lonely treadmill life, our tribe provides the push you need to show up, even on those cold winter mornings or hot summer days.
The Goal: Longevity
This is not about vanity muscles. It is about mobility, rhythmic breathing, and injury prevention. We focus on movement patterns that carry over to your daily life—bending, lifting, squatting, and carrying. When your foundation is strong, everything else—your running pace, your recovery time, and your mental game—falls into place. Gur binā giān na upjai; come train with us and learn the right way to move.
