About About Coach Gagan
I don't just talk about fitness. I live it. Whether I am logging Zone 5 intervals at 1 degree in London, or leading our squad at Lodhi Garden, my philosophy remains the same. You need a mix of structured miles, functional strength, and real recovery to get better. If you are ready to stop making excuses and start building discipline, you have come to the right place.
I have been in this game for over 25 years. My journey from a distance running enthusiast to a coach for the Reebok Running Squad has taught me one thing: movement heals. My coaching is not just about logging miles. It is about understanding your body. I am a strict vegetarian and follow a gluten-free lifestyle, and I encourage my athletes to understand that nutrition is the fuel for their performance.
We train outdoors, rain or sun. Our group sessions at Lodhi Garden and Kartavya Path are the heart of the community. We use functional tools like kettlebells, TRX, and agility ladders because a runner who is only good at running will eventually get injured. We build resilient athletes who can handle the road, the trail, and the high-altitude challenges of races like the Khardungla Challenge.
My approach is backed by data. Whether we are analyzing your cadence, heart rate, or power output via Garmin or TrainingPeaks, every session is measured. But remember, the data only helps if you do the work. If you are looking for someone to hold your hand and give you easy goals, I am not that coach. If you are looking to push your limits, recover smarter, and join a tribe that sweats, laughs, and hustles together, let's talk. Picture abhi baaki hai.
